Minimalist Update (v0.04)

Hey all,

Apologies for the horrendous memory handling code causing the program to crash on certain platforms. I probably should have tested it on my XP netbook first.



Changes:

• Fixed erroneous memory deletion
• Fixed a few memory leaks
• Added visual indication when advanced version information cannot be obtained for certain startup programs

Minimalist Update

Hey all,

I've pushed out an update to Minimalist. It's now version 0.02! Please note that it is still very much in alpha and the Startup and Misc pages are still not completed. The Tweaks page should work, but please report any bugs that may occur, including any error messages that appear in the status bar at the bottom.

Changelog:

• Fixed string pointer error preventing Minimalist from starting on certain platforms
• Added exception handling when parsing invalid data from the registry
• Added minimum windows version information to certain visual effect options
• Added timeouts for querying and changing of service status
